Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Web/HubSpot Developer who can design, develop, and maintain web pages, landing pages, and marketing automation assets using HubSpot CMS along with core front-end technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot development (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web pages, landing pages, and email templates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot CMS.
• Customize HubSpot modules, themes, and workflows to support marketing and sales initiatives and overall departments.
• Build dynamic and interactive UI components aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to implement web-based solutions.
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed and SEO.
• Manage HubSpot integrations, forms, tracking codes, and automation features.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all platforms.

Required Skills (Mandatory):

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot COS/CMS (mandatory).
• Experience in building HubSpot templates, custom modules, and workflows.
• Understanding of responsive design frameworks and modern UI/UX principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of HubSpot APIs and integrations.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of marketing automation concepts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in HubSpot or front-end development are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,499.84 - ₹40,000.00 per month
