<Job Summary>
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Webmaster & IT Specialist to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company’s web presence while providing comprehensive IT support across our organization. Your expertise will ensure seamless computer operations, robust network security, and effective technical assistance, enabling our team to deliver innovative healthcare solutions with confidence and efficiency.

TIER 1 – ASSOCIATE | Salary: $55,000 – $70,000

Early-career professionals with solid fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company websites using a CMS
  • Assist with hosting, DNS, and SSL
  • Support email campaigns and analytics
  • Basic IT troubleshooting (Windows & macOS)
  • Device setup and documentation

TIER 2 – MID-LEVEL | Salary: $70,000 – $85,000

Independent operators who own systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize multiple websites
  • Administer domains, DNS, SSL
  • Implement marketing tools
  • Maintain SaaS and internal systems
  • Enforce security best practices
  • Maintain SOPs

TIER 3 – SENIOR | Salary: $85,000 – $95,000+

Strategic leaders and system owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead web, marketing-tech, and IT ecosystem
  • Design integrations and data flows
  • Drive SEO and analytics strategy
  • Lead system upgrades
  • Establish IT governance
  • Mentor junior staff

<Duties>

  • Manage and update the company website to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and optimal user experience.
  • Troubleshoot software issues across operating systems such as Windows and macOS, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
  • Maintain and configure computer networks including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and other security measures.
  • Oversee computer hardware management, including installation, upgrades, repairs, and inventory control.
  • Utilize IT service management tools like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or Jira to track issues and streamline support workflows.
  • Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure stability by monitoring network performance and implementing necessary improvements.

<Requirements>

  • Proven experience in technical support, desktop support, or IT support roles with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in managing computer hardware and software across multiple operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
  • Solid understanding of computer networking concepts including LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow or Jira for issue tracking and resolution.
  • Knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques for common applications including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure management and basic cybersecurity practices to safeguard company data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
