Job Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on digital operations generalist to support our websites, Amazon store, social media accounts, and day-to-day digital content workflows. This is a hybrid position for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable moving across multiple platforms and disciplines.
The ideal candidate can take an existing design system or workflow and run with it: extending it to new pages, product launches, Amazon listings, and social content without needing to build everything from scratch. They should have a good eye for quality, be comfortable using AI tools to work faster, and know how to document what they do.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Web Operations
- Build and update website pages, including product pages, landing pages, blog posts, and promotional sections
- Extend existing design systems and templates across new pages, products, and campaigns
- Troubleshoot issues related to layouts, mobile responsiveness, forms, navigation, page speed, and plugins
- Support platforms including WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Elementor, Webflow, or PageFly
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and vendors as needed
WordPress, Hosting & Domain Management
- Manage WordPress websites: page updates, plugins, themes, menus, forms, and media libraries
- Troubleshoot WordPress issues including plugins, page builders, WooCommerce, and performance
- Work with hosting providers on errors, SSL certificates, backups, staging environments, and caching
- Handle domain-related tasks: DNS records, nameservers, redirects, SSL setup, and renewals
- Document hosting accounts, DNS settings, login locations, and troubleshooting steps
Amazon Listings & A+ Content
- Manage product listings in Amazon Seller Central: titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, variations, and backend content
- Build and maintain A+ Content, Brand Store pages, carousel images, and comparison charts
- Coordinate product launch assets including photography, infographics, and listing copy
- Ensure listings follow brand standards and Amazon requirements
- Track content updates, approvals, and missing assets
Social Media & Digital Content
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and campaign content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Manage content calendars and upload captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and creative assets
- Repurpose content across platforms (e.g. product launches into reels, Amazon visuals into social posts)
- Monitor post status, engagement, and basic performance
- Keep accounts organized and aligned with brand direction
SEO, Analytics & Compliance
- Support basic SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, alt text, internal links, URLs, and redirects
- Assist with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
- Review digital content for basic accessibility issues (alt text, heading structure, color contrast, keyboard navigation)
- Perform quality checks before launching pages, listings, posts, or campaigns
- Prepare simple performance summaries highlighting what’s working and what needs attention
AI Tools & Workflow Improvement
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) to speed up research, drafting, and troubleshooting
- Draft SOPs, organize tasks, and build repeatable workflows
- Verify AI-generated content before applying it
- Recommend tools, templates, or automations that improve team efficiency
Project Management & Documentation
- Track tasks, approvals, deadlines, and open requests in Monday.com or a similar tool
- Document repeatable workflows for website updates, Amazon uploads, social posting, and platform troubleshooting
- Communicate clearly with designers, marketers, leadership, and vendors

- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, organization, and content quality
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
- Clear communicator who can work across creative, marketing, and technical teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify theme settings, collections, and apps
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and marketplace content requirements
- Experience setting up staging sites, backups, and performance optimization tools
- Familiarity with email/domain records: MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
