Website Business Manager

We are currently looking for a proactive and business-oriented Website Business Manager who can help grow our website development division by generating quality leads and driving revenue.
Please note that we are specifically seeking candidates with direct experience in website or digital marketing sales within the UAE market. Experience in unrelated fields will not be considered.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for website design and development services
• Identify and approach potential clients for website projects
• Plan and execute effective lead-generation strategies
• Coordinate with the design and development team
• Track leads, conversions, and revenue growth
• Focus on business expansion and profitability

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in website or digital marketing sales
• Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets
• Strong B2B client acquisition experience
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Must have own visa (Company Visa along with all Benefits as per UAE Labor Law will be provided after successful completion of probation period)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3500–5000 (Based on experience)
• Commission (Uncapped - earn double your salary and above based on your performance)
• Nol card provided OR AED 500 travel allowance
• Company SIM-Card Provided
