Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Website CMS Developer with strong expertise in GoDaddy and Wix platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, optimizing, and maintaining the organization’s websites to ensure functionality, performance, security, and user experience standards are consistently met.

This role requires both technical capability and an understanding of website design, SEO best practices, and CMS administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain websites using GoDaddy and Wix CMS platforms.

• Design and update website pages, layouts, and content while ensuring brand consistency.

• Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Implement SEO best practices including metadata optimization, keyword integration, and site structure improvements.

• Manage domain configurations, DNS settings, hosting environments, and website backups via GoDaddy.

• Integrate third-party tools such as forms, scheduling systems, analytics, and CRM platforms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and technical errors promptly.

• Ensure regular CMS updates, plugin maintenance, and website security compliance.

• Collaborate with internal teams for content updates and feature enhancements.

• Monitor website analytics and recommend data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing websites on GoDaddy and Wix.

• Strong understanding of CMS systems, domain management, and hosting configuration.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript preferred.

• Familiarity with SEO principles and optimization tools.

• Experience integrating third-party applications and digital tools.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
