Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Website Design Specialist to join our team at ASI, a leading provider of banking software solutions. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer-facing websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Website Updates & Maintenance

Make design changes to customer webpages, including layout adjustments and visual enhancements.

Update text content, wallpapers, and images to ensure accuracy and freshness.

Maintain consistency with branding guidelines across all customer sites.

Customer Onboarding & Website Design

Assist in designing and setting up new customer websites during onboarding.

Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather requirements and implement changes.

Provide recommendations for improving user experience and visual appeal.

Content Consolidation & Communication

Consolidate and organize content from multiple sources for internal and external communication.

Create, edit, and publish a weekly electronic newsletter for internal employees and external customers.

Ensure newsletter content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with company messaging and branding.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Review and test website updates for functionality, responsiveness, and accessibility.

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards relevant to banking software.

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with Customer Success, Design, and Development teams to deliver timely updates.

Provide technical and design support for customer inquiries related to their websites.

Qualifications

Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in website maintenance, design, or content management.

Proficient in HTML/CSS.

Experience creating and publishing newsletters or marketing content.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with banking or financial services websites.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and responsive design principles.

Basic graphic editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).

Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

Salary Range: $ 47,000 - $ 57,000 annually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
