Responsibilities

Website Maintenance

● Update and manage WordPress core, themes, and plugins.

● Monitor site uptime, performance, and overall health.

● Troubleshoot hosting, server, and plugin-related issues.

Content & Design Updates

● Add or edit landing pages, blogs, and visual assets.

● Maintain brand consistency and ensure mobile responsiveness.

● Support campaigns with microsite or landing-page setups.

Performance Optimization

● Improve site speed using caching, compression, and CDN.

● Conduct SEO and performance audits (GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights).

● Optimize media and scripts for a smoother experience.

Security & Backups

● Implement best-practice security protocols and firewall tools.

● Manage scheduled backups and ensure restore reliability.

Technical Support ● Resolve website errors and plugin/theme conflicts. ● Collaborate with hosting and integration partners when needed. Requirements ● 2–4 years of proven experience managing WordPress websites. ● Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. ● Familiarity with Elementor, Gutenberg, or WPBakery. ● Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance tools. ● Knowledge of hosting configurations, backups, and security layers. ● Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Nice to Have ● Experience with custom theme/plugin development. ● Familiarity with WooCommerce or multilingual setups. ● Basic UI/UX understanding (Figma, Adobe XD). ● Experience using Git or version control.
