Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing website layouts using modern UI/UX principles
• Develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks
• Maintain and update existing websites for performance and SEO optimization
• Collaborate with content, HR, and marketing teams to align web design with business goals
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices
• Ensure website security, speed, and scalability

Requirements

• Minimum 2.6 years of hands-on experience in website design and development
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or Webflow)
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO basics
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git is a plus
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and user experience
