Job Role: Website Designer & Developer

Location: Kanpur

Company: NDMIC (New Digital Marketing Institute & Consultancy)

Responsibilities

Design visually appealing, responsive website layouts

Develop websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and other CMS platforms

Create user-friendly UI/UX designs

Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile compatibility

Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing websites

Coordinate with the SEO, content, and social media teams

Bring creative ideas for landing pages, portfolio sites, and marketing websites

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Experience in WordPress/Elementor or other builders

Understanding of UI/UX design principles

Knowledge of website speed optimization

Basic understanding of SEO-friendly website structure

Ability to create responsive website designs

Knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, or Canva is a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred)

Certification in web designing/development is an advantage

Freshers with strong skills are also welcome
