Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, Elementor, and custom themes.
• Implement and customize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Manage plugins, security, and site performance optimization.
• Integrate SEO best practices into website development.
• Handle hosting, domain setup, backups, and migrations.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for UI/UX consistency.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform updates, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong expertise in WordPress (themes, plugins, custom development).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and SEO-friendly coding.
• Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, and other page builders.
• Knowledge of hosting environments (cPanel, FTP, DNS).
• Problem-solving mindset and independent working ability.

Working Details

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)
• Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (includes 1-hour break)
• Location: On-site – Andheri West, Mumbai
• Holidays: As per company calendar
• Leave Policy: 1 paid leave post 6 months of completion

Development: Functional, responsive, and SEO-friendly sites

Technical Proficiency: Efficient use of WordPress, HTML, CSS, JS

Site Optimization: Performance, speed, and security

Timeliness: On-schedule delivery and maintenance
