Website Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Website Developer specializing in WordPress with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and responsive layouts. You will collaborate with our design, content, and marketing teams to create high-quality, user-friendly websites that meet business goals and deliver an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using themes and page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Convert design files (Figma/PSD) into fully functional WordPress pages.
• Customize and develop WordPress themes and plugins as needed.
• Ensure websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for performance.
• Manage website updates, backups, security checks, and troubleshooting issues.
• Implement SEO best practices in website structure and content layout.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM tools, and plugins.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to improve website UI/UX.
• Conduct website speed optimization and maintain overall web hygiene.
• Debug and resolve technical issues or plugin conflicts.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer or Website Developer.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, custom themes, and plugin development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with page builders (Elementor preferred).
• Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cPanel, hosting, DNS management, and website migration.
• Knowledge of WooCommerce is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
