About the Role

We’re looking for a Website Developer who can build clean, fast, and conversion-focused websites. If you understand both code and business impact, you’ll fit right in. This isn’t a “just make it look good” role — we build sites that rank, load fast, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
• Build and customize WordPress websites (themes, plugins, performance optimization)
• Integrate APIs, forms, payment gateways, and CRM tools
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile performance
• Fix bugs and handle ongoing website maintenance
• Collaborate with SEO and design teams to deliver high-performing projects

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress (custom themes + plugin customization)
• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Experience with hosting, cPanel, domain configuration
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug efficiently
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Good to Have

• Knowledge of React, Laravel, or other frameworks
• Experience with Shopify or Webflow
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals
• Basic UI/UX sense
