Job Description — Website Developer & Graphic Designer (Combined Role)

About the Role

This is a hybrid position combining website development and graphic design. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing PGE’s complete digital presence — from website development to visual branding and marketing creatives.

This role requires a practical, execution-focused individual who can handle both technical and creative responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development

• Develop, manage, and maintain the company website
• Improve UI/UX for a modern, professional appearance
• Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness
• Implement SEO best practices
• Integrate lead generation tools, forms, and CRM systems
• Manage hosting, domain, and website security
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, banners, and ad creatives
• Create professional presentations (PPTs) for proposals
• Design brochures, company profiles, and product catalogs
• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms
• Support marketing campaigns with visual content
• Perform basic video editing or motion graphics (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in both web development and graphic design (portfolio required)
• Strong knowledge of:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• WordPress or similar CMS
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Ability to handle hosting, domain, and website management
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• React / Next.js
• Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro
• Experience with API integrations
• Understanding of digital marketing funnels

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
