About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Website Developer & IT Support Specialist to join our growing aesthetic medical center in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in website development, IT support, asset maintenance, and digital marketing within the UAE aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare sector.

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the Aesthetics, Beauty, Cosmetic, Dermatology, or Healthcare field.
• Strong experience in website development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in managing website hosting, domains, security, backups, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience in IT support and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Experience in maintaining and managing company IT assets, devices, and inventory.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website lead generation.
• Familiarity with social media integration, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must be currently residing in Dubai and available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites.
• Ensure website security, uptime, speed, and performance.
• Provide daily IT support to clinic staff.
• Manage company IT assets, systems, devices, and software licenses.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to improve website traffic and lead generation.
• Implement SEO best practices and digital marketing integrations.
• Monitor website analytics and provide performance reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure business continuity.
