Website Developer & Social Media Manager

Company Overview:
We are a rapidly growing grocery and e-commerce startup based in Lahore, currently operating 8 retail branches and 1 warehouse with a team of 150+ employees. As we move toward expanding our online presence, we are looking for a skilled and creative Website Developer & Social Media Manager to help us build and manage our digital platforms.

Position: Website Developer & Social Media Manager

Location: Hanjarwal Lahore (Head Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract-Based Project
Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 – 70,000 (Based on experience and project scope)

Job Responsibilities:

Website Development:

• Design and develop a complete e-commerce website (front-end and back-end).
• Integrate payment gateways, product listings, and admin control panels.
• Ensure website speed, responsiveness, and security.
• Manage ongoing updates, maintenance, and bug fixes.

Social Media Management:

• Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging content, run ads, and grow online audience reach.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and maintain brand identity online.
• Track analytics and performance for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Web Development and/or Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress / Shopify.
• Understanding of SEO, social media ads, and e-commerce trends.
• Creative mindset and ability to work independently.

Contract Option:

We are also open to a short-term contract for a professional who can set up the complete website and digital presence from scratch.
