Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer & UI/UX Designer to design engaging digital experiences across our websites, ERP portals, mobile applications, and customer-facing platforms. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional visual design skills with a strong understanding of user experience principles to create intuitive, responsive, and conversion-focused digital interfaces.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly websites and digital interfaces that enhance customer engagement and business performance. Working closely with developers, business analysts, marketing teams, and stakeholders, you will transform business requirements into modern digital experiences while ensuring consistency across all group companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsive Design: Design modern, responsive websites for multiple business entities within the group.
• UI/UX Crafting: Create intuitive UI/UX designs for web applications, ERP portals, and customer-facing systems.
• Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journey maps.
• Conversion Optimization: Design landing pages optimized for lead generation and customer conversion.
• Developer Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the accurate technical implementation of designs.
• Performance & Accessibility: Ensure all websites are fully responsive, mobile-friendly, accessible, and optimized for performance.
• Brand Integrity: Maintain strict consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and design systems across all digital platforms.
• Asset Creation: Design graphics, icons, banners, and visual assets for websites and digital applications.
• Testing & SEO: Optimize the user experience through usability testing and continuous design improvements, working closely with marketing teams to enhance SEO, website engagement, and conversion rates.
• Industry Standards: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, web technologies, and design best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in web design and UI/UX design.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating responsive website designs and user interface projects is mandatory.
• Domain Expertise: Experience designing corporate websites, portals, and business applications.
• Core Principles: Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
• Soft Skills: Excellent creativity, sharp attention to detail, and top-tier communication skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Location Preference: UAE experience is preferred, and candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
