N Gopaldaas Jewellers is a 95+ year heritage jewellery house, serving generations of customers across India and the UAE. As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a hands-on Website & Digital Growth Manager to transform our website and digital channels into strong lead-generation and brand-building platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands retail, luxury, customer intent, and performance metrics—not just content posting.

Role Overview

The Website & Digital Growth Manager will own and drive the performance of our website and digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for improving website experience, increasing qualified enquiries, supporting digital campaigns, and working closely with marketing, CRM, and external vendors.

This is an execution + ownership role, not a purely creative or agency-coordination position.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Ownership

  • Own end-to-end performance of the company website (UX, speed, navigation, enquiry flow)
  • Work with developers/designers to implement improvements
  • Create and optimise landing pages for campaigns and seasonal promotions
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast load times

Digital Growth & Lead Generation

  • Improve website enquiry rates and lead quality
  • Coordinate with performance marketing teams to align ads → landing pages
  • Track traffic, user behaviour, and conversions
  • Support SEO initiatives (on-page optimisation, structure, content coordination)

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse website and campaign data using Google Analytics / Search Console
  • Track KPIs such as traffic sources, enquiry rates, CPL, conversion paths
  • Prepare simple weekly and monthly performance reports for management

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with:
  • Performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads)
  • Social media & content teams
  • CRM / lead management teams
  • Ensure seamless handover of digital enquiries to sales teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years experience in website management, digital marketing, or growth roles
  • Hands-on experience managing a business or retail website (not just social media)
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Google Analytics & Search Console
  • CMS platforms (WordPress / Shopify / similar)
  • Basic SEO and landing page optimisation
  • Strong understanding of customer intent and retail buying behaviour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
