3 Tone Enterprise is a growing logistics and distribution company headquartered in Katy, TX. We manage national warehouse operations, e-commerce platforms, and digital automation tools. We’re looking for a reliable Website & Automation Support Specialist to help maintain multiple company websites and assist with simple web scripting tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.

You’ll Be Working With

Our websites and tools include:
WaterPallets (E-commerce) | Ecwid | SiteGround | 3ToneEnt | Square | Elementor | Google Search Console

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update content across multiple company websites (WordPress, Ecwid, Square).
• Maintain website performance, security, and backups via SiteGround.
• Handle plugin updates, domain settings, and page edits using Elementor.
• Track analytics, keywords, and site health using Google Search Console.
• Assist with light scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script) for web automations.
• Support integrations between sites, Google Sheets, and Monday.com.
• Coordinate with IT Supervisor for new projects or marketing campaigns.
• Document updates and provide weekly website performance reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress / Elementor / Ecwid / SiteGround
• Basic understanding of Python or JavaScript
• Familiar with DNS, SSL, and Google Search Console
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills
• Good communication and teamwork attitude

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with Monday.com API or Google Apps Script
• SEO experience or content optimization skills
• Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma)

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
