Website & E-Commerce Handler (Shopify & Multi-Platform)

Key Responsibilities Website Maintenance:

Ensure the site is user-friendly, secure, and functional, including troubleshooting technical issues. Product Management:

Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images, ensuring accuracy and consistency. E-commerce Operations:

Oversee order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and payment gateway functionality. Digital Marketing Support:

Execute promotional campaigns, email marketing, and SEO strategies to increase traffic. Customer Experience:

Monitor customer feedback and ensure a smooth shopping experience, resolving online issues quickly. Required Skills and Qualifications Platform Expertise:

Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento. Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, and web design. Analytical Ability:

Proficiency in using data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
