Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Website Executive to manage and optimize our retail website. You’ll handle product listings, promotional banners, inventory updates, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers. This role bridges content, design, and technical aspects to drive online sales and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and update product catalogs, descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels
• Create and manage promotional banners, sliders, and seasonal campaign pages
• Ensure website layout, navigation, and design align with retail branding
• Monitor website performance, speed, and functionality; resolve technical glitches
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and logistics teams for accurate online listings
• Implement basic SEO practices for product pages (keywords, meta tags, alt text)
• Track website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics; prepare reports
• Handle website security, backups, and routine maintenance
• Test and implement new features, plugins, or tools to improve user experience
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and smooth checkout process

Education / Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (IT, Computer Science, or Marketing preferred)
• 1-3 years experience managing websites, preferably in retail or e-commerce
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or custom retail CMS
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content publishing
• Understanding of online consumer behavior and retail trends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
