Website Front-End and Figma Developer

We are Looking for a Creative and Detail-Oriented Website Front-End and Figma Developer with Strong Skills in Modern Web Design, Front-End Development and UI/UX Principles. The Ideal Candidate should have Hands-on Experience in Designing Figma Designs and Fully Responsive and Interactive Websites while maintaining High Performance, Clean Code Structure and Excellent User Experience across all Devices. You’ll Work Closely with Design, Marketing and Development Teams to Build Visually Appealing and User-Friendly Digital Experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Responsive Websites and Landing Pages using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Design Figma Designs into Pixel-Perfect, Fully Functional Front-End Interfaces
• Build and Customize WordPress Websites, Themes and Page Layouts
• Ensure Websites are Optimized for Performance, Responsiveness and Cross-Browser Compatibility
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and Marketing Teams to Translate Concepts into Interactive Web Experiences
• Create Reusable Components and Maintain Consistent Design Systems across Projects
• Implement Animations, Interactive Elements and Modern UI Effects to Enhance User Engagement
• Optimize Website Structure, Layout and User Flows for Better User Experience and Conversion
• Troubleshoot Front-End Issues, Bugs and Compatibility Problems across Different Devices and Browsers
• Work with Developers and Content Teams to Integrate APIs, CMS Content and Dynamic Features
• Ensure SEO-Friendly Front-End Structures and Follow Best Practices for Accessibility and Performance
• Stay Updated on Emerging Web Technologies, Design Trends and Front-End Development Practices
• Assist in Website Maintenance, Updates and Continuous Improvements based on Feedback and Analytics
• Maintain Clean, Scalable and Well-Documented Code for Future Enhancements and Team Collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Design, UI/UX, Multimedia or Related Field
• 1-3 Years of Experience in Front-End Development and Website Design
• Strong Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
• Hands-on Experience with WordPress Development, Theme Customization and Page Builders
• Strong Understanding of Responsive Web Design Principles and Mobile-First Development
• Proficiency in Figma for UI Design, Wireframing and Design-to-Development Workflow
• Ability to Convert Figma Designs into Production-Ready Responsive Websites
• Good Understanding of UI/UX Principles, User Behavior and Interaction Design
• Knowledge of Website Optimization, Performance Enhancement and Cross-Browser Compatibility
• Experience with Modern CSS Frameworks and Styling Techniques
• Strong Attention to Detail with a Passion for Clean and Structured Design
• Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Deliver High-Quality Work within Tight Deadlines
• Knowledge and Hands-on Experience with AI-Powered Tools for Faster Web Design, Asset Creation and Workflow Optimization
• Familiarity with Webflow, Elementor or Similar Website Builders is an Added Advantage
• Basic Understanding of SEO Best Practices and Website Accessibility Standards
• Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Work Independently or within Cross-Functional Teams
• Experience with Motion Effects, Micro Interactions and Front-End Animations is a Plus
• Knowledge of Git, Version Control or Hosting Platforms is an Added Advantage
• Good Understanding of Layout, Typography, Color Theory and Modern Web Design Standards
• Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills with Strong Focus on User Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience Working in a B2B, SaaS or Digital Product Environment
• Experience Collaborating with Marketing, Branding and Product Teams
• Knowledge of Basic Back-End Concepts and API Integrations
• Familiarity with Website Analytics and Conversion Optimization Techniques
• Experience with Modern JavaScript Libraries or Frameworks is a Plus
• Understanding of CMS Workflows, Website Security and Maintenance Best Practices
