Website Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Manager to oversee our digital presence and drive our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web management, digital marketing, and content creation. This role requires a blend of technical skills and creative vision to enhance user experience, optimize conversion rates, and effectively engage our audience across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website using Shopify, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimized for performance.
• Implement SEO strategies utilizing tools for keyword research, on-page optimization, and content creation to improve organic search rankings.
• Conduct conversion optimization initiatives to enhance user experience and increase lead generation.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform marketing strategies and report on key metrics.
• Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website updates and troubleshooting as needed.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the e-commerce landscape.

Experience

• Proven experience in web management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency in SEO tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms is essential.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
• Excellent copywriting skills for creating engaging content tailored to target audiences.
• Experience in B2B marketing strategies is a plus.
