Role Description

The Website Manager is responsible for developing and managing the main digital platform of Mirkaz ALBalad ALAmeen. The role ensures compelling content, an efficient user experience, and smooth technical operations, reflecting the brand's authentic identity and enhancing its reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously update the website.
• Design content structure and user experience (UX).
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure development quality and platform stability.
• Upload content, monitor performance, and resolve technical issues.
• Support internal teams with page updates and collaborate with media and marketing teams.
• Provide performance reports to the Digital Channels Director.
• Apply SEO best practices to enhance website visibility.
• Propose development ideas based on user behavior insights.

Professional Skills

• Hands on experience in website design and management, with strong knowledge of technical components (CMS, server management, basic cybersecurity).
• Experience in UX/UI, digital content creation, and SEO.
• Ability to manage web development projects and execute updates.
• Strong skills in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Technical certifications are preferred (Front-End, UX, SEO).
• Seasonal role.
• Based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
