About the Role

We are launching its new e-commerce website and we are looking for a talented, multi-skilled E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage our online store, product content, photoshoots, and digital marketing activities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership and grow our online presence from the ground up.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Management

• Manage & update products on the website (titles, photoshoot,descriptions, pricing, stock, variants).
• Do product photoshoots and upload high-quality images.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, attractive, and SEO-friendly.
• Monitor orders, returns, website performance, and coordinate with the backend team.
• Handle listing updates on marketplaces (if applicable).

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create reels, videos, product highlights for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Manage daily social media posts, ads support, and engagement.
• Write captions, product copy, and creative content for promotions.
• Create WhatsApp promotional messages, broadcast content, and customer updates.

Digital Marketing

• Assist in running paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Basic SEO, keyword research, and website optimisation.
• Track analytics for website & social media—report insights and improvements.
• Plan festive campaigns, product launches, and promo activities.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of e-commerce website operations (Shopify / WooCommerce / custom).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends.
• Ability to shoot product photos & reels (mobile photography acceptable).
• Basic digital marketing & advertising knowledge.
• Good communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Can work independently and take ownership.

Experience

• 1–3 years preferred, but freshers with good skillset can also apply.
• Experience in e-commerce or home decor category is a plus.

Education

• Any graduate / diploma in marketing, digital marketing, or design preferred.

• Competitive, based on experience.
