Website Manager/Shipping operator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Website Administrator / E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our Shopify website and manage shipping and claims processing across Amazon Seller Central and UPS. This role is critical to the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business and requires someone who is organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Fully manage and maintain our Shopify website
• Product listings, collections, pricing, promotions
• Theme updates, apps, and site functionality
• Inventory syncing and website accuracy
• Manage Amazon Seller Central
• Product listings and updates
• Order management and fulfillment coordination
• Handle Amazon cases, claims, reimbursements, and account health
• Oversee shipping and logistics
• UPS shipping management
• File and manage UPS claims (lost, damaged, delayed packages)
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Coordinate returns, refunds, and customer issue resolution related to shipping
• Monitor performance metrics and identify operational improvements
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify (Admin level)
• 3+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Proven experience managing shipping workflows and carrier claims (UPS required)
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and fulfillment processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• MUST HAVE HIGH LEVEL KNOWLEDGE OF SNEAKERS AND STREETWEAR

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-channel inventory management
• Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations
• Experience handling high-volume e-commerce operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $60,000 – $100,000, based on experience
