Website & SEO Manager

Seeking a full time Website & SEO Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management, performance, and optimization of 4+ WordPress-based websites. This includes collaborating with a global team to build and maintain translated/localized websites, ensuring seamless integration with analytics, automation tools, and SEO strategies.

This role requires technical proficiency in web development, UX improvements, SEO implementation, and site performance analytics. You'll be the go-to expert for all things related to website functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management & Development:
• Oversee the structure, content, and technical performance of multiple WordPress websites.
• Manage and implement website updates using Elementor and custom code.
• Utilize JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS for advanced customizations and integrations.
• Maintain third-party integrations via Zapier and webhooks.
• Use Glide to create and manage app-like experiences and data interfaces.
• Collaborate with international team members to create and maintain multi-language websites.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing departments to improve LEAD acquisition and grow presence throughout the globe.
• Analytics & Tracking:
• Implement and maintain tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Tag.
• Review analytics on CRM and track LEAD volume progress across multiple campaigns & markets.
• Develop monthly reports and insights on website performance, user behavior, and conversion data.
• SEO & Content Optimization:
• Lead and execute on-page SEO strategies (metadata, internal linking, content structure, keyword usage).
• Implement and manage blog content and publishing schedules.
• Conduct backlink audits and monitor domain authority and external link profiles.
• Track and report organic keyword rankings and visibility improvements using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Performance & Optimization:
• Monitor website uptime, page speed, and technical performance.
• Identify and resolve UX/UI issues and bugs.
• Coordinate with hosting providers or developers for escalated technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing WordPress websites.
• Proficient in:
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager / Google Tag
• JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS
• Elementor
• Zapier
• Glide
• Figma
• Fluent Forms
• CRM (preference Zoho)
• Strong SEO background: blog publishing, on-page SEO, backlinks, and keyword tracking.
• Experience managing multiple websites across different countries or languages.
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with international teams and managing translated/multilingual sites.
• Interested in learning about AI software and how it can be integrated to improve website performance and user experience across digital platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Familiarity with CDN, DNS, and security protocols (Cloudflare, SSL, etc.).
• Previous experience with Google Search Console and schema markup.
• Experience working with a collaborative, team oriented environment
• Familiarity with Agile or project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
• Familiar with ChatGPT and other ai softwares
