Website & SEO Specialist (In-House)

JDI Construction is a fast-growing remodeling company based in Vancouver, WA, serving the Portland/Vancouver metro area. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and custom cabinetry. Our goal is to keep growing while delivering top-notch quality and an amazing client experience.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an in-house Website & SEO Specialist — someone who can take ownership of our website, keep it updated, constantly improve it, and help us rank at the top of search results. This role is perfect for someone who’s both creative and technical, with a passion for making websites work smarter for the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, edit, and maintain company websites (landing pages, service pages, blogs, etc.).
• Optimize content and structure for SEO to improve Google rankings.
• Manage website integrations with CRM tools (Zoho, Buildertrend, etc.).
• Track website analytics, performance, and lead flow.
• Suggest and implement improvements to increase traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date on SEO best practices and algorithm changes.
• Work closely with leadership on marketing campaigns, new service launches, and digital strategy.

Bonus Skills (not required but highly valued):

• CRM system setup/customization.
• Graphic design skills (banners, brochures, social media posts).
• Experience in digital marketing, paid ads, or lead funnels.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience building and editing websites (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SEO and proven success ranking websites.
• Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to improve.
• Ability to balance creative ideas with data-driven results.
• A team player who can communicate clearly and execute efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
