3 Tone Enterprise is a fast-growing logistics and distribution company headquartered in Katy, TX. We manage nationwide warehouse operations and maintain multiple company websites and online stores. We’re looking for a dependable Website Support Specialist who enjoys working with WordPress, Elementor, and e-commerce tools to keep our sites accurate, secure, and optimized for traffic.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain company websites using WordPress / Elementor.
• Add or edit products, photos, and descriptions through Ecwid or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor site speed, SEO, and performance analytics to improve visibility.
• Perform regular backups, security checks, and plugin updates through SiteGround.
• Troubleshoot layout or functionality issues and coordinate fixes with the IT team.
• Ensure consistent branding and accurate content across all pages.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing or editing websites (WordPress, Elementor, Ecwid, or comparable platforms).
• Basic understanding of HTML / CSS, DNS, SSL, and web hosting.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or SEO tracking tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet weekly deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify or other online-store builders.
• Interest in automation or scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script).
• Desire to grow toward web development, digital marketing, or IT support roles.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-Time, Monday – Friday, on-site in Katy, TX
• Pay: (Depending on Experience)
