Anchour is hiring a Website UX Designer to craft content-first, user-centered experiences for marketing and e-commerce websites. This role is primarily focused on website projects and large-scale website rebuilds in a fast-paced agency environment.
You'll guide the UX process from discovery through medium-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, bringing deep expertise in structuring content and designing clear, user-focused page flows. You'll partner closely with product managers, UI designers, and developers to ensure every site tells a compelling story and achieves business goals.
- Wireframing & Prototyping
-
Build medium-fidelity wireframes in Figma that emphasize content hierarchy and usability.
-
Create prototypes that demonstrate interactions and functional logic for handoff to UI designers and developers, ensuring they have clear specifications for design and build.
-
Deliver content-first wireframes—annotated where needed—to show intentional structure, not just placeholders.
-
Content Support
-
Support creation of sitemaps and content outlines for new websites.
-
Contribute to content priority guides and documentation that ensure UX and content are aligned.
-
Help identify gaps in content that may impact user flows or usability.

-
Create clear, strategic, and actionable UX audits that lead to better user experiences and business outcomes.
-
Collaboration & Leadership
-
Partner with design, development, and strategy teams to bring user-first solutions to life.
-
Confidently present wireframes, prototypes, and rationale to clients.
-
Communicate the value of UX decisions regarding usability, ROI, and business impact.
- Background centered on website design and large-scale rebuilds; while product or app UX experience is valuable, the core of this role is leading website-focused projects.
-
2–4+ years of UX design experience focused on marketing and e-commerce websites, ideally within an agency or other fast-paced environment.
-
Strong expertise in Figma for wireframing and prototyping full websites.
-
Proven ability to translate business goals and content priorities into site architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns.
-
Familiarity with content planning and working alongside content strategy.
-
Excellent facilitation and communication skills—you can lead workshops and guide clients through UX decisions.
