Carpentry & Fabrication

• Construct stages, platforms, backdrops, arches, booths, and display panels.
• Cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, MDF, and other materials.
• Install decorative elements (panels, frames, props, signage).
• Repair and maintain event structures and equipment.

2 Event Setup & Dismantling

• Load and unload materials and tools.
• Assemble stages, mandaps, photo booths, exhibition booths, and props onsite.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and structural stability.
• Dismantle and pack materials safely after events.

3 Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with event designers, decorators, and project managers.
• Follow layout drawings and design instructions.
• Coordinate with lighting, sound, and floral teams during setup.

4 Safety & Quality Control

• Follow workplace safety standards.
• Use tools and machinery safely (drills, saws, nail guns, etc.).
• Ensure structures are secure and safe for guests and performers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry (1–3+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of stage fabrication and booth construction.
• Ability to read measurements and basic design drawings.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends).
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
