Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and key moments to capture during the wedding day
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos using professional equipment, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and focus throughout the event
• Manage on-site post-production editing using tools like Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Premiere to enhance images and videos while maintaining natural colors and tones
• Conduct color management techniques to ensure consistency across all visual content in line with artistic direction
• Film candid moments, formal portraits, and dynamic scenes to create a comprehensive visual story of the wedding day
• Edit photos with photo manipulation techniques to refine details or correct imperfections; craft engaging video content for social media or client delivery
• Maintain organized workflows for post-production processes including color grading, photo editing, video editing, and file management
• Collaborate with clients on art direction for styled shoots or specific shot lists to meet their expectations
• Stay updated on current trends in photography, videography, color theory, and social media management to deliver fresh and compelling content

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Capture One for editing and post-production workflows
• Strong knowledge of photography principles such as composition, lighting, depth of field, and color management
• Experience in videography and filming techniques with an understanding of video production workflows
• Ability to manipulate photos creatively through photo editing and photo manipulation tools
• Excellent eye for art direction to craft visually appealing images aligned with client preferences
• Skilled in social media management to showcase work effectively across platforms
• Knowledge of journalism-style storytelling for capturing authentic moments naturally
• Strong sales skills for presenting packages or additional services confidently to clients
• Familiarity with color theory to enhance mood and tone consistency across visual content
