arabic and english speaker Wedding Planning & Event Coordination

  • Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, cultural needs, and budget. Jobilize
  • Create event concepts, timelines, floor plans, and customised proposals.
  • Coordinate all aspects of weddings — including vendors (venues, catering, decor, entertainment, photography, etc.).
  • Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Manage last-minute changes, vendor issues, and client expectations professionally.

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and convert leads; actively follow up with inquiries and prospects.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a CRM database of clients, leads and follow-ups.
  • Attend networking activities such as bridal fairs, exhibitions, and partner events to promote services.

Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, design) to ensure alignment on event details.
  • Manage event budgets, vendor invoices, schedules, and payments.
  • Ensure all required documentation and permits are in place per UAE regulations.
  • Provide post-event reporting and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.

Driving/Logistics

  • Use a valid UAE driving license to travel between client meetings, vendor venues, and event sites.
  • May involve transporting small equipment, documents or materials as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Valid UAE Driving License (own vehicle preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in wedding planning, event management, or sales within the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
  • Strong network of vendors and industry contacts in Dubai.
  • Creative, organised and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Comfortable working flexibility — including evenings, weekends, and peak wedding seasons.

Preferred (but not mandatory)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Experience with luxury or high-profile weddings in the UAE market.
  • Familiarity with local wedding traditions and cultural nuances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
