wedding production manager for a wedding company

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager (Arabic Speaker) to lead and manage all production activities for high-end weddings and large-scale events. The candidate will oversee in-house departments including carpentry, floral production, lighting, sound, stage fabrication, furniture preparation, and on-site installation and removing

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of wedding production processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

-Key Responsibilities

1- Production Planning & Coordination

• Review event designs, mood boards, and technical drawings
• Prepare detailed production schedules and timelines
• Coordinate with Operations, Creative, Sales, and Logistics teams
• Allocate manpower and workshop capacity based on event scale

2- Workshop & Fabrication Supervision

• Oversee carpentry, painting, stage fabrication, and custom builds
• Monitor floral production and décor preparation
• Ensure lighting and sound equipment readiness
• Approve materials before dispatch to site

3- Site Execution & Installation

• Supervise full venue setup and dismantling
• Ensure correct layout execution as per approved design
• Manage on-site troubleshooting and last-minute changes
• Ensure safety standards are followed during installation

4- Quality Control

• Maintain high finishing standards
• Inspect all production elements before delivery
• Ensure premium presentation aligned with brand standards

5- Inventory & Resource Management

• Coordinate warehouse and equipment allocation
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
• Report any equipment damage or shortages

6- Team Leadership

• Manage production supervisors and workshop teams
• Conduct daily production meetings
• Ensure discipline, performance, and productivity

Required Qualifications
*

• UAE driving license (prefer with a car )
• 5+ years of experience in wedding or large-scale event production
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, staging, lighting, sound, and décor production
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – Mandatory
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
• Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
