Wedding Sales and Event Specialist

We are looking for an energetic, personable, and driven sales professional who is passionate about creating unforgettable wedding experiences.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, understands how to guide clients through decisions, and is confident in closing sales and maximizing opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead in-person venue tours and build strong connections with couples
• Guide clients through venue, catering, and upgrade options
• Identify opportunities to enhance their experience through add-ons and upgrades
• Follow structured sales processes and follow-up systems
• Communicate through calls, texts, emails, and CRM tracking
• Maintain consistent follow-up to secure bookings and close deals

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and high-energy personality
• Passion for weddings, events, and creating experiences
• Comfortable with sales conversations and closing clients
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience with:
• CRM systems
• Google Sheets / Excel
• Email + text communication
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and stay organized

Schedule Requirements

• 2–3 daytime shifts per week
• 2–3 evening shifts per week
• At least one weekend day fully available for tours

Compensation

• $15/hour base pay
• + 3% commission on venue & bar bookings
• Average commission per booking: ~$200+
• Quarterly bonuses + 6-month raises
• Compensation directly tied to performance and bookings

Growth & Training

• Weekly tracked performance metrics
• Structured sales training program (required)
• Ongoing coaching to improve closing and communication skills
