This is a client-facing role with agents and homeowners. You're leading the energy of the shoot, not just capturing it.

If you prefer to stay quiet behind the camera, this role isn't the right fit.

The Work

• Full real estate media packages (photo, video, drone, floorplans)
• Agent on camera social reels (script, direct, shoot)
• Professional drone content on premium homes

Typical shoot window: 2–3 hours. Fast paced, efficient, systemized.

Gear: Full professional kits provided. Sony mirrorless, DJI drones, gimbal stabilization. You show up ready to shoot.

Compensation

Hourly + tips, with strong volume upside during peak season.

• Part-Time (3–4 weekdays): $3,000–$4,000/month
• Full Time Booked: $6,000–$7,000/month
• Peak Season with Overtime + Bonuses (April–August): $8,000+/month

Includes:

• Competitive hourly rate ($30/hr trained, $35/hr lead)
• Client tips
• Mileage reimbursement

What We're Looking For

• 2–3+ years of video experience (freelance, weddings, content, etc.)
• Strong gimbal shooting (drone preferred)
• Comfortable directing people and leading a shoot
• High energy, confident, engaging personality
• Highly coachable and eager to improve
• Consistent weekday availability (4–5 days required)

Not a Fit If

• You prefer to stay behind the camera and avoid interaction
• You're low energy or uncomfortable leading clients
• You don't take feedback well or resist structure
• You don't have consistent weekday availability
