Grounds, Weed Eating & Security Position

The Farm RV Resort is seeking a reliable and hardworking team member to assist with general grounds maintenance, weed eating, and basic security duties to help keep the resort clean, safe, and welcoming for guests.

Duties include:

• Weed eating, mowing, and basic landscaping maintenance
• Keeping common areas, roadsides, and campsites clean and presentable
• Light trash pickup and general grounds upkeep
• Routine property checks to ensure guest safety and security
• Monitoring resort areas during assigned shifts
• Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to management

Requirements:

• Must be able to work any shifts, weekends and holidays
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate basic lawn and grounds equipment (training available if needed)
• Friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests
• Must be able to walk, stand, and perform physical labor for extended periods

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
