Weekday Overnight Dog Nanny

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Weekday Overnight Dog Nanny to provide loving care and companionship to dogs during overnight hours on weekdays. Shift: 8:30pm-6:30am Monday-Thursday

Pay Starts at $15/hour

Must be 18+ years

Duties

• Monitor and attend to dogs overnight, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and relaxed in their environment
• Maintain a clean and hygienic space by cleaning up after pets and tidying their sleeping areas
• Engage dogs with gentle play, cuddling, and calming activities to promote relaxation and reduce anxiety
• Observe behavioral changes or signs of distress, reporting any concerns to pet owners or veterinary professionals as necessary

Experience

• Prior experience caring for dogs or other animals in a professional setting such as pet sitting, dog walking, or kennel work preferred
• Knowledge of basic first aid for animals and humans is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities calmly during overnight shifts
• Familiarity with cleaning routines, meal preparation, and caregiving practices
• Previous overnight pet care experience is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided for the right candidate
