About the Role:
As a Weekend Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the intake process for patients arriving at our facilities on weekends. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional patient and family care, ensuring that each individual receives prompt and personalized attention. You will work closely with our clinical and support staff to ensure efficient and effective patient flow, while also maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Prior experience in a healthcare setting, nursing home experience preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and Microsoft Office
