Weekend Bartender

Job Overview
We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Weekend Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team at Don's TV & Repair. In this role, you will prepare high-quality beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and help create an engaging and upbeat atmosphere for guests during weekend shifts. Your attention to detail and positive energy will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner to enhance their experience and encourage repeat business.
• Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to accurately process orders, handle payments, and complete transactions.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and communicating needs to management.
• Work collaboratively with team members during high-volume shifts to maintain efficient operations and excellent service.

Experience

• Prior bartending experience in fine dining, nightlife, or banquet environments is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast POS is required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to confidently engage a wide range of guests.
• Experience in food service, catering, or roles involving cash handling or retail math is beneficial.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is required.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is a plus.
