Weekend Bartender - Hotel

Hilton Garden Inn Bloomington West is looking for bartender!

Are you passionate about mixology and creating great guest experiences? Holiday Inn Bloomington West is looking for a personable, energetic, and dependable Bartender to join our team!

Hours are Saturday 3 PM - 10 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and style
• Engage guests with friendly service, conversation, and knowledge of our drink menu
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Monitor and manage inventory and bar supplies
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant and hotel staff to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience preferred (hotel or high-volume setting a plus)
• Must be 21+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality
• TIPS or alcohol safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
