Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or buffet selections
• Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations
• Replenish food displays promptly to ensure variety and freshness throughout service hours
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as slicing fruits or assembling breakfast plates as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, accommodating dietary restrictions, and ensuring satisfaction during their visit

Skills

• Prior experience in fine dining or food industry environments is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Experience serving in a restaurant, banquet, or catering setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation to collaborate effectively with colleagues
