Weekend Brunch Server

Heya!

Toast Milwaukee is looking for two weekend servers to join us for patio season and the busy summer months.

This is a seasonal position that is a great fit for college students or anyone looking to make great money in a fun, fast paced, team driven brunch environment.

We also have a full time server out on vacation from April 6 through April 19, which makes this the perfect chance to jump in, train, learn the flow, and get comfortable before the season picks up even more.

Position Details

Position: Seasonal Weekend Server
Shifts: Saturdays and Sundays, generally 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Season: Summer / patio season
Schedule: Hours may vary depending on weather and business levels
Pay: $2.33/hour plus tips
Average Earnings: Servers typically average $35+ per hour

Tip Out: 3.5% of net sales
Example: $2,000 in sales = $70 tip out

Tip out breakdown:
60% to Bar Team
40% to Host Team

We want someone who:

• Is a self starter and jumps in without being asked
• Learns quickly and is not afraid to make mistakes while improving
• Can handle a fast paced environment
• Is ready to run food, drinks, and support the team however needed
• Brings a positive attitude and leaves the ego at the door
• Can handle lots of stairs since our kitchen is in the basement

Serving experience is great, but attitude, hustle, and teamwork matter even more.
