Weekend Delivery Driver (NO CDL Required)

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and active Delivery Driver to join our team for the busy event season. In this role, you will be the face of our company, delivering, setting up, and picking up event rental equipment (tents, tables, chairs, and trailers) for residential, commercial, and community events.

This position requires operating a company pickup truck while towing and maneuvering a utility trailer.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving & Logistics: Safely operate a pickup truck towing an equipment trailer to and from event venues and client locations.
• Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and secure rental equipment (tents, tables, chairs) at the warehouse and unload them at the delivery site.
• Equipment Setup: Assist with the basic setup and teardown of event rentals as specified by the client contract.
• Customer Service: Act as a professional point of contact on-site, verifying delivery counts with clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Inventory & Care: Perform pre-trip inspections of the truck, trailer, and rental gear to ensure everything is safe and accounted for.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Driving Experience: Proven experience driving a pickup truck and pulling/backing a trailer is strictly required.
• License & History: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean, verifiable driving record (no major violations).
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to continuously lift, push, pull, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact positively with team members and clients.
• Reliability: Absolute punctuality and dependability are required, especially for time-sensitive weekend event schedules.

Schedule & Compensation

• Required Days: Saturday and Sunday (Must be available for early morning starts and evening pickups).
• Preferred Days: Availability on Fridays (deliveries) and Mondays (returns/clean-up) is highly preferred.
• Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 Based on experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
