Weekend Dispatch & Operations Coordinator – Vacation Rental Turnover Company
$20/hour | Saturdays & Sundays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (depending on workload)
This is a coordination/dispatch role managing communication between property managers and cleaning teams — not a cleaning position.
About Us
Ocean Cleaning Service is a professional vacation rental turnover company serving coastal Florida properties. We work with property managers to ensure rentals are cleaned, stocked, and guest-ready on time.
We’re hiring a dependable Weekend Operations Coordinator to manage communication, coordinate cleaning operations, and keep weekend turnovers running smoothly.
This role combines phone coordination, scheduling, and regular hands-on operational work. When call volume is light, you will be actively packing linen bags, washing and folding towels and cleaning rags, and organizing supplies for field teams.
What This Role Looks Like (Day to Day)
This role is primarily dispatch and coordination support for field operations.

What We’re Looking For
Preferred experience:
Dispatch, scheduling, hospitality, property management, cleaning companies, healthcare admin, or similar roles involving client + field coordination
