Job Summary
We are seeking a personable, team-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and commitment to excellence will help create memorable stays for our guests. While prior reception, phone, and cleaning experience may be appreciated, we are happy to train motivated individuals for this position.
Shifts
The weekend shift times are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Team members may also work in half-shifts split with another coworker. The duties include, but may not be limited to:
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and attend to their needs
- Answer phones and make reservations
- Check guests in and out on an internet-based reservation system
- Provide quality service to guests
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry
- Organize, stock, and take inventory of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public spaces
- Balance cash drawers
- Keep accurate financial records
- Issue and receive guest keys and staff keys
- Sell sodas, beer, snacks, and pizzas
- Follow all laws and regulations for responsible alcohol service
- Follow all food safety requirements
- Ensure hotel standards are met
- Collaborate with other departments
- Report to work punctually, dressed in full uniform, and well-groomed
