Weekend Home Health Aide – Spanish Speaking

UniversaCare is seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking female Home Health Aide to provide hands-on personal care for a private client in White Plains, NY. This is a weekend, live-out position for a caregiver who is comfortable with bedbound care and transfers.

Shift Details

• Saturday & Sunday
• 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM OR 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 6 hours per day
• Start Date: 1/3/25

Pay

• $19 - $25 / hour
• Private Pay
• Consistent weekend shifts

Care Duties

• Bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Hands-on assistance with transfers and mobility
• Medication reminders
• Meal planning and preparation
• Laundry and bed linen changes (hospital bed sheets both days)
• Light housekeeping
• Overall monitoring of well-being

Caregiver Requirements

• Female caregiver preferred
• Fluent Spanish required
• Experience with bedbound clients
• Comfortable with hands-on care and mobility assistance
• Reliable, attentive, and compassionate
