Weekend Laundry Attendant / Processor

Mike’s Mobile Laundry, LLC is a family-owned and operated business based in Natick, Massachusetts. We provide full-service laundry solutions, including self-service laundromat access, wash/dry/fold services, and pickup/delivery. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join us in a Laundry Attendant and Processor role.

Position Summary

This role includes both customer service and laundry processing responsibilities. You’ll assist customers in-store while also washing, drying, folding, and packaging laundry orders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and delivering high-quality service.

Schedule

• Saturdays and Sundays: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Consistent weekend availability is required for this role. There may be opportunities to pick up additional weeknight shifts as needed, but weekend coverage is the priority.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Help customers use machines and answer questions
• Handle transactions and weigh drop-off laundry
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked

Laundry Processing:

• Wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry
• Follow customer preferences and instructions carefully
• Maintain quality, speed, and organization
• Support daily operations and workflow

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 lbs

• Perform repetitive tasks
