<div>We are seeking an experienced and reliable weekend nanny to care for three children, ages 3, 5, and 9. The ideal candidate is engaging, responsible, and confident managing multiple children in a structured and active household.
Schedule: 
Saturday &amp; Sunday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 3:00 PM
Compensation: 
$28&ndash;$32 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide attentive and engaging care for all three children</li>
<li>Plan age-appropriate activities and outings</li>
<li>Support routines, meals, and general daily structure</li>
<li>Ensure a safe, positive, and organized environment</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Prior nanny or childcare experience</li>
<li>Strong, verifiable references</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable vehicle</li>
<li>Dependable, proactive, and warm demeanor</li>
<li>Must be able to provide 3-5 professional references</li></ul>
