Weekend Nanny Position in Wine Country

Job Description:

Joanna’s Nannies is excited to partner with the beautiful Montage Healdsburg to offer a unique seasonal opportunity for an experienced and engaging nanny! We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic caregiver to support families visiting the hotel by providing care in the on-site children’s play area.

This seasonal position will run through Labor Day (September), with the opportunity to transition into ongoing work with Joanna’s Nannies’ Backup Care Program after the seasonal role ends.The nanny will care for a maximum of 3 children at a time within the hotel's play area, where all materials and activities are provided. In this role you will be responsible for providing attentive, safe, and engaging care for children of varying ages, facilitating play and activities, communicating professionally with families and hotel staff, and Joanna's Nannies Admin Team.

The nanny will work in a luxury hotel setting with a consistent weekend schedule. Schedule:

• Fridays: Evening shift (approx. 4 hours)
• Saturdays: Full day shift (approx.
• Sundays: 4-8 hour shift

Qualifications:

• Prior childcare or nanny experience required
• Warm, engaging, and adaptable personality
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
