Duties

• Perform a variety of spa and beauty treatments including head spa therapies, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, and makeup application with precision and care
• Conduct esthetic laser treatments and product demos to educate clients about skincare options and enhance their experience
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction at every step
• Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and beauty tools that complement treatments
• Support the team during busy periods by managing appointment schedules and ensuring smooth operations
• Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and product usage to foster personalized service

Requirements

• Proven experience in cosmetology or esthetician roles with knowledge of body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and dermabrasion
• Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments and deep tissue massage techniques
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to uphold high sanitation standards consistently throughout the workday
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
• Experience in retail sales or product demos is a plus
• Certification in cosmetology or related beauty therapy fields is preferred but not mandatory; ongoing training opportunities are available for growth
